Location
Based in OR but willing/able to travel. Depending on the photoshoot idea either I can pick a location or you may have the choice to pick.

Hours
Make sure you have the hours you want in advance whether its within my working hours or after!

Deposit
$50 non refundable retainer required;
To be eligible for a half of your retainer or to schedule a different date, you must cancel more than 72 hrs in advance.

Outfits
Make sure to have your outfits planned ahead of time. If you need assistance in ideas I can always be of help.

Poses / Additional parties
I have posing ideas, but if you want to look in advanced look on Pinterest! Double check all parties are able to be present at booked shoot.

Policies
Payments
At the time of booking deposit is required and is non refundable. Full payment must be complete day before or day of shoot! Contact me for any assistance.
- Additional payments available if you prefer a different platform! (contact me for additional details)
Tardiness / Cancelation
15-20 mins late will receive a extra surcharge of $20 to there shoot. No session time will not be extended to accommodate clients lateness.
MORE THAN 30 mins late will be cancelled !!
- Unable to make your session will result in retainer being used as a cancelation fee.
- Plus 72 hour advanced notice is required in order to receive half a refund or deposit towards future sessions.
- If not notified within 24 hours, no refund will be issued, but you can still choose to reschedule within 3 months of the photographers timeline.
Requests
Recommend a total of 2-5 people for anything outside/inside.
+6 people will cost additional fees
- (Larger groups tend to take the focus away from the actual pictures most of the time we end up shooting way less than we were suppose to, but it's up to you. Bring the whole family if you want!)
Makeup artists/ Hairstylists are welcomed on set.
- Photographer is not responsible for supplying any additional props, accessories prior to, or during a booking. Failure to properly prepare will sole serve the photographer no responsibility.
Images
Unedited Images taken are sent after the shoot and have a 1-3 day window.
- After favorites have been chosen and you have let Immaculate Captures know, there is a 7-14 business day window for when edits will return.
- Photos will be available for up to 3 months which should be enough time to download images
- Speedy edits are available for an additional cost, image turn around would be within 24 - 72 hr.
